AIRIZ.AI ("AIRIZ", "we", "us" and "our") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you visit or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have kept it in plain English.
We collect very little. If you fill in our contact form or email us, we get your name, your email and whatever you choose to tell us, and we use it to reply. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit so we can improve the site. We do not run ads and we do not sell your data. That is really the whole story, but the detail is below.

When you contact us. If you use the contact form or send us an email, we collect your name, your email address, and the details of your enquiry, which is your idea and any background you decide to share.
When you browse the site. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects standard usage information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are (country or city level), the type of device and browser you use, and how you found the site. This is looked at in aggregate and is not used to work out who you are. If you decline, none of it is collected.
We do not ask for or store payment details on this site, and we do not collect sensitive information such as health, religion or political views.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we will not add you to a marketing list unless you have asked us to.
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. When you first visit, we ask whether you are happy for us to use analytics cookies. Nothing is set until you choose.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. If you decline, we do not load it at all. You can change your mind whenever you like using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Google processes this analytics data for us. You can read how Google handles it in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in replying to you and running our business for handling the enquiries you send us. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We share data only with the providers that help us run the site and reply to you. Those are Google (analytics, and only if you consent) and our email provider. They act on our instructions and are not allowed to use your data for their own ends. Some providers operate outside the UK, so your data may be processed abroad under appropriate safeguards.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then we delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also object to how we use it and ask for a copy. To do any of this, email [email protected] and we will sort it out. If you are in the UK and you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office.
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
